Import & Customs Fees
International orders may incur customs and import taxes. These fees are determined by your local authorities and are the buyer's responsibility.
Import and Customs Fees Information
Import and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are applicable to certain regions due to updated shipping rules and local requirements.
Regions Where Import and Customs Fees Apply:
- Europe: With new shipping regulations, import fees and VAT (Value Added Tax) may be applied to your order upon delivery. While we pay IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) fees for EU countries to streamline the customs process, additional local fees may still be required depending on your region.
- South Africa: Import fees are required by customs for orders exceeding certain thresholds. A consignee ID must also be provided to ensure smooth processing at customs.
- Asia: Certain countries in Asia may require import duties, taxes, or additional documentation before your order can be released. Please check your local customs requirements for details.
Avoiding Delays:
To prevent delays at customs:
- Ensure all necessary information, such as a consignee ID (if applicable), is provided to our customer service team.
- Be prepared to pay any required import duties or taxes as assessed by your local customs office.
About IOSS:
For EU orders, we pay IOSS fees to simplify customs clearance and reduce the likelihood of additional charges. However, we do not have access to your unique consignee ID unless it is provided by you. This information is essential for releasing your package in some regions.
If you have questions or need assistance with providing a consignee ID or understanding import fees, please contact our customer service team. Proper documentation will help ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
We recommend checking with local customs before placing your order.
