Be sure to include clear photos of the item and packaging for a quicker resolution. We are committed to making it right when errors occur!

Here are a few examples to help clarify:

  • If you order a camera and we accidentally send you a water bottle, rest assured we will promptly replace your order with the correct item.
  • If you order shoes and we mistakenly send you pants, we will send out the correct item immediately at no additional cost to you.
  • However, if you order a necklace and feel it isn’t as shiny as you’d hoped, this would not qualify for a replacement, as preferences can vary.
