Missing Items?

If you notice an item from your order is missing, don’t worry! Many of our products ship separately and may arrive up to 10 days apart. This allows us to deliver your items as quickly as possible from different warehouses.

Before reaching out, we recommend double-checking the following:

  • Check with your neighbors – sometimes items are left on a nearby porch by mistake.
  • Look around your property – packages may be placed behind benches, in hidden corners, or other unexpected spots.
  • Review your tracking information for updates on delivery status.

If your item hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please submit a ticket, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Tracking Says "Delivered," but I Don’t Have It

We understand how frustrating it can be when tracking shows a package as "delivered," but it hasn’t reached you. Unfortunately, if your local carrier—such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or others—confirms that the package was delivered to the address you provided at checkout, we are unable to replace or refund the item.

Here are a few steps you can take to locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors or anyone else at your address who might have received it on your behalf.
  • Look around your property, including porches, garages, mailboxes, or hidden areas where the carrier might have placed it.
  • Contact your local delivery carrier directly with the tracking number to see if they can provide further details about where the package was left.

While we cannot replace the item in this case, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier if your package is lost or stolen. Thank you for your understanding.

If something is missing, items often ship separately. Check for multiple deliveries over the next few days. If still missing, please contact us.
